Grad Transitions is a four-credit course that all grade twelve students in British Columbia must complete in order to graduate. Students at Sands are expected to do the course, consisting of a ten-page document plus inserts, on their own time. Assistance is provided by the Grad Transitions advisors, Ms. McGreevey and Ms. Sladden. The Grad Transitions Website will assist students in completing this task. A Power-Point Introduction, FAQ section, Calendar, and website links, are key components of the website. Please use this site often, and use it well!
The Grad Transitions document is due by February 15th, 2010.
